1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LeiShan IT Consultancy provides IT support, managed services, hardware supply, and consulting services. All services are subject to a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeiShan IT Consultancy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
